AEVR Wellness Policies & Guidelines


Welcome to AEVR Wellness, where we are committed to providing exceptional care in a luxurious and rejuvenating environment. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our policies before booking your appointment.

Booking & Appointments: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. We ask that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. This policy also applies to no-call, no-show clients, who must call the spa to rebook and provide a new deposit. For late arrivals, we allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than this, you may need to reschedule unless otherwise communicated to our staff in advance.

Payments & Refunds: We accept all major credit cards, cash, and special financing through CareCredit, Klarna, and Cherry. Please note that we do not offer refunds for services rendered or forfeited deposits. However, we do provide financing and installment options for high-end treatments through our financing partners.

Memberships & Packages: At AEVR Wellness, we offer facial and IV hydration therapy memberships on a 6-month or 1-year basis. These memberships auto-renew unless specified otherwise. If you wish to cancel your membership, we require a 60-day notice. Memberships canceled with less than 60 days’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Spa Etiquette & Policies: Our services are available to clients 18 years and older. While we love children, we kindly ask that you do not bring them to your appointment, as our environment is designed for relaxation, focus, and safety. We ask that all clients dress and behave appropriately while visiting our wellness spa. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please notify our staff in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Medical & Health Considerations: Some treatments require a medical consultation before scheduling. This applies to services such as lip filler corrections for clients with existing filler and weight loss programs. Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant or have specific medical conditions. We encourage clients to consult our staff for guidance on any contraindications. Additionally, we require that clients disclose relevant medical history prior to their appointment to ensure their safety and the best possible results.

Privacy & Confidentiality: 
We prioritize client confidentiality and strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect your personal information. Before-and-after photos may be taken as part of your treatment process, but we will always require your consent before doing so. Client information is used exclusively for treatment purposes and will never be shared with third parties unless explicitly discussed with you and consent is obtained.

Product Sales & Returns: We offer a curated selection of skincare and wellness products to complement your treatments. All product sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if a client experiences an allergic reaction, we offer follow-up appointments to assess the situation and provide recommendations.

Special Promotions & Gift Cards: Promotions and discounts are subject to expiration dates and are available for a limited time. Gift cards are non-refundable but can be used for different treatments. Please note that promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

Legal & Liability Waiver: For your safety and protection, all clients must sign a waiver before receiving any services. In the rare event of an adverse reaction to a treatment, we provide follow-up appointments for cosmetic procedures to ensure your satisfaction and well-being.
